Job Overview The Production Worker supports day-to-day manufacturing and food processing by preparing, handling, and packaging products according to established procedures. This hands-on role involves maintaining an orderly work area, following food safety and sanitation practices, and coordinating with teammates to keep production moving smoothly. - Prepare materials and products for production, processing, and packaging tasks.
- Operate assigned equipment safely, monitor work for quality, and report equipment or product concerns to the appropriate teammate.
- Keep work areas and tools clean, following sanitation and food safety procedures throughout each shift.




- Complete basic production records and use basic math to count, measure, or verify quantities. Skills Required: Practical attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to follow manufacturing, food processing, packaging, sanitation, and food safety procedures. Mechanical knowledge supports secure equipment use and timely reporting of issues. Preferred: Experience in food industry or manufacturing settings, along with forklift experience or familiarity, can support flexible contributions across production tasks.
