- Community Support 15 hours/week | St. Albert | $21.00/hour + mileage We’re looking for a reliable, personable, and patient individual to support an adult man with a developmental disability in building independence at work and in the community. What You’ll Be Doing
- Building independence with transportation, scheduling, budgeting, planning, and decision-making.
- Encouraging greater community and social involvement and connections.
- Supporting ongoing skill development for his current employment and helping him navigate workplace situations.
- Assisting with employer communication, job searches, or interview preparation when needed. We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is dependable, outgoing, organized, and takes initiative.
- Has good judgment and can work independently.




- Connects easily with people and works well with others. Schedule 15 hours per week, with 4–6 daytime hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The remaining hours can be scheduled during early weekday evenings or daytime on Sundays. We’re flexible about the scheduling of these remaining hours. Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle,
