Integra Castings is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead employees, coordinate operations, and help achieve production goals in our growing foundry operation. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys developing people while driving performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise production employees
- Coordinate daily staffing and production requirements
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
- Monitor quality standards and production targets
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Conduct performance discussions and employee evaluations
- Investigate and resolve production issues
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with management to achieve operational objectives What We're Looking For:
- Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, foundry, industrial, or production environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience training and developing employees
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Computer literacy and experience with production documentation Preferred





Qualifications:

- Knowledge of casting process is an asset
- Manufacturing or foundry experience
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
- Experience managing employee performance and attendance
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes What You Get:
