Drive ZF [pro] Service Network growth through partner development, automotive expertise, and customer-focused program execution. This full-time role includes up to 30% travel.
The Account Manager maintains and expands the ZF [pro] Service Workshop Network across target geographies. You will connect internal teams with external workshop partners while supporting network quality, coverage, and value. The work combines customer service, technical understanding, sales support, and program development.
Key Responsibilities: Execute the strategic roadmap for the ZF [pro] Service Network
Onboard qualified workshops across target geographies
Conduct annual partner audits and implement corrective actions
Lead conferences, engagement events, and partner communications




Maintain accurate customer databases and internal partner visibility
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
Six or more years in sales or customer service
Automotive experience required; commercial vehicle experience preferred
Technical understanding of systems, products, and diagnostics preferred
Robust Microsoft Office, communication, and presentation skills
Use automotive knowledge, relationship management, and program skills to strengthen ZF [pro] Service Network performance and product sales.
