Studio Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer with 4+ years of Salesforce development experience and hands-on expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, and Omni

Studio, along with a solid understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce Communications Cloud applications, implementing integrations, and supporting end-to-end delivery across testing, deployment, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.

Configure Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management functionalities.

Build and maintain Omni

Scripts, Flex

Cards, Data

Raptors, and Integration Procedures.

Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.

Implement REST/SOAP API integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.

Support unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT),



User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, and production support.

Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform and integration issues.

Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Follow development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

Experience with Omni

Studio components, including Omni

Scripts, Flex

Cards, Data

Raptors, and Integration Procedures.

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.

Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

Salesforce Industries certification.

Exposure to Mule

Soft integrations.

Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.

Knowledge of the telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.

Experience with Salesforce DX and Dev

Ops tools.
