Flexibility to be onsite is required, with increased onsite presence during critical workshops, implementation and go-live periods, potentially up to 5 days per week during key phases.

Occasional travel to Quebec City (approximately every 2–3 weeks) may also be required.

The Prospect Our client, a Quebec-based organization, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to support the delivery of a major business and technology transformation.

The organization is implementing three interconnected enterprise platforms spanning its contact centre, CRM and core operational processes.

Working closely with internal workstream leaders, the Project Manager will provide the planning, coordination and execution discipline needed to keep initiatives moving forward, manage dependencies and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

This is a hands-on delivery role.

The successful candidate will be actively involved in working sessions, maintaining detailed project plans, following up with stakeholders and vendors, documenting decisions and resolving day-to-day delivery challenges.

Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and regularly update detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

Track cross-workstream dependencies, risks, issues and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation.

Work closely with internal workstream leaders to coordinate activities and maintain visibility into project progress.

Participate actively in project meetings and working sessions, documenting decisions, actions, owners and deadlines.

Follow up with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to ensure commitments are met.

Identify delivery risks,



scheduling conflicts and outstanding decisions, escalating issues proactively.

Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, RAID logs and other project management artifacts.

Coordinate activities across interconnected technology implementations to support alignment between teams.

Support planning and execution of workshops, implementation activities, testing and go-live readiness.

Provide clear, timely project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Help establish consistent project management practices and maintain accountability for agreed actions.

Required Qualifications Proven experience as a hands-on IT Project Manager delivering enterprise technology implementations.

Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, internal stakeholders and external technology vendors.

Strong project planning and execution skills, including maintaining detailed schedules, action logs, dependencies and deliverables.

Demonstrated ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders, identify issues and drive actions to completion.

Experience supporting technology implementations involving business process changes and cross-functional teams.

Strong documentation, organization and communication skills.

Comfortable working directly with business and technical teams in a fast-paced implementation environment.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.

Fluent professional French and English, written and spoken.

Ability to work onsite in Montreal as required.

Nice-to-Have Experience ERP or enterprise operational systems implementation experience. CRM and/or contact centre implementation experience.

Microsoft enterprise platform experience.

Experience coordinating multiple interconnected technology implementations.

Experience supporting testing, cutover planning and go-live readiness.

Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira or similar project management tools.
