We are actively looking for a energetic Assistant Resident Manager with VERY strong Maintenance skills to join the team who manage 3 buildings (side by side) near Avenue Road & St.
Clair (mid-town) in Toronto.
The expectation is that Assistant Resident Manager will support the Resident Managers and provide excellent and responsive service to Resident requests, and provides a clean, well-maintained and secure buildings.
