Job Overview As an Arena Concession Worker, prepare and serve food, process customer orders, and keep concession areas clean and organized. You’ll help guests enjoy timely, friendly service while supporting smooth operations during busy events. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food using safe handling practices, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness in food preparation and service areas.
- Take orders, operate POS systems, process payments, and handle cash accurately
- Assist customers, answer questions, recommend items, and use appropriate upselling to support a welcoming service experience.
- Manage tasks efficiently during busy periods, coordinate with coworkers, and use basic math to complete transactions and check orders. Requirements
- Food handling certification
- 16 years of age Pay: $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
