Job Summary Condar Steel Ball & Industrial Manufacturing Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced, safety-focused, and results-driven Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, coordinate manufacturing teams, and ensure efficient, high-quality industrial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and expertise in production scheduling, quality control, workplace safety, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do

- Supervise daily manufacturing and production operations to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets.
- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate production operators, machine operators, and manufacturing personnel.
- Coordinate production schedules, work orders, equipment availability, and material requirements.
- Monitor manufacturing processes involving steel components, industrial products, and precision production activities.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and established manufacturing procedures.
- Track production output, downtime, scrap rates, equipment utilization, and operational KPIs.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel to coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Support quality inspections, defect investigations, and corrective and preventive action initiatives.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, inventory usage, and manufacturing documentation.




- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
- Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, logistics, quality assurance, and management teams.
- Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, personal protective equipment, and safety procedures.
- Promote employee accountability, teamwork, and a positive safety culture.
- Recommend improvements to manufacturing processes, labour productivity, and operational costs. Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–6+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial production, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience in metalworking, steel manufacturing, machining, or industrial component production preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing workflows, and quality assurance procedures.
- Experience supervising production employees in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery, industrial equipment, metal fabrication, or precision manufacturing is an asset.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices and applicable Alberta workplace safety requirements.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S,



root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to interpret production schedules, work orders, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP, MRP, or manufacturing management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
