The Role As IT Development Manager, you’ll lead a team of developers and engineers, own delivery of our software projects, and make sure our technical direction supports business goals. You’ll balance hands-on technical guidance with people leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software developers, QA, and DevOps staff
- Plan, prioritize, and deliver development projects on time and within budget
- Define technical standards, architecture direction, and best practices
- Partner with product, business, and executive stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Oversee code quality, security, release management, and CI/CD processes
- Manage sprint planning, resourcing, and performance reviews
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and delivery blockers
- Manage vendor relationships, tooling, and development budgets
- Report on project status, team metrics, and technology roadmap Qualifications Required




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of up-to-date development stacks, such as [Java / .
