Job Requirements (a) Prepare layouts, estimates and bills of material for production following the project package requirement and the modification assumptions approved by the Design Manager. (b) Prepare production drawings for fabrication and shipping department. (c) Responsible to review and initial all documents that are prepared prior to forwarding them to the Design Manager. (d) Ensure that all drawing files and documents are filed appropriately. (e) Review and initial the final shop drawings prior to forwarding them to the Design Manager. (f) Perform other duties as assigned by the Design Manager. Qualifications Skills and Abilities (a) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (b) Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills. (c)



Excellent architectural and building design knowledge. (d) Working knowledge of North American building codes an asset. (e) Good understanding of the CFD software. (f) Excellent knowledge of the CFD components and properties. Required Qualifications (a) Degree/diploma in engineering and/or architecture. (b) Excellent computer skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
