Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver professional massage therapy treatments in accordance with the standards of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with physiotherapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal client outcomes.
- Educate clients on treatment goals, home-care strategies, stretching, and injury prevention techniques.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as required.




- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships through exceptional client care and communication.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative clinic environment.
- Promote ongoing health, wellness, and injury prevention within the community.

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Current professional liability insurance.
