Job Summary As an independent private chef and caterer, I often find myself with jobs that are beyond the scope of a single person. I'm looking to build a roster of adaptable & well-rounded chefs who already have jobs but would like to supplement their income working extra hours when it suits their schedule.
- Events are all around the city, so reliable transportation is fairly significant.
- Jobs are posted in a group email, and the first to respond gets assigned to that job.
- If multiple people respond, the most reliable person will be selected for the job.
- Wages are based on experience and reliability.
- All tips from an event are split evenly between those who work the event.
- There will always be a family meal or food to take home after an event. For the most part, this is an easy and stress-free position.



The prep is executed off site and delivered, where we put the final touches, build platters and refill different stations. That being said, the scope of tasks can vary wildly depending on the guests needs. One event may be a formal black tie wedding, the next could be a Christmas party. With 20 years of experience serving the Calgary Community, this could be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to experience what the Food & Beverage industry can offer beyond the normal 9 to 5 line cooking. Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week Work
