Markstone Landscaping is hiring Salt Truck Drivers to keep commercial properties ice-free and secure with the help of our top-quality equipment. Position Overview: As a Salt Truck Driver, you’ll be responsible for operating our trucks to spread salt and de-icing materials across commercial properties. This role is crucial in preventing icy conditions and ensuring safety for our clients. While the work is weather-dependent, you’ll play a key part in our snow operations team, working closely with crew leads and labourers.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate salt trucks during and after snow events.
- Load, spread, and monitor salt applications to ensure even coverage.
- Work closely with snow crews and supervisors to prioritize properties and routes.
- Perform pre
- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and report maintenance needs.
- Be available to respond quickly to snow and ice events (early mornings, late evenings, or overnight shifts may be required).
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Compensation: $25-$30/hr. w/ 20 hours guaranteed Additional Benefits
