TLG Cleaning is a locally owned cleaning company serving Lloydminster and surrounding areas for 3 years. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team long-term We provide paid, hands-on training and all cleaning supplies and equipment. About the Position This position involves more than just cleaning Our cleaners work independently most of the time, making time management, problem-solving, and communication skills essential. Responsibilities include:
- Completing residential maintenance and deep cleans.
- Managing appointment times while maintaining quality.
- Following client instructions and cleaning procedures.
- Completing detailed cleaning completion lists.
- Taking and submitting before-and-after photos.
- Communicating with clients and management. What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.




- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Open to constructive feedback.
- Physically capable of performing demanding cleaning duties. Requirements
- Weekday daytime availability (Monday–Friday).
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Smartphone that can take photos, and knowledge on how to use maps
- Comfortable working around pets.
