Foster Injury Law is a growing personal injury law firm based in Barrie, Ontario. We represent clients in motor vehicle accident claims, statutory accident benefits disputes, slip-and-fall cases, long-term disability claims, and personal injury cases. We are seeking an organized and motivated Personal Injury Law Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, affidavits of documents, correspondence, and other litigation materials.
- Obtain and organize medical records, employment records, and other evidence.
- Monitor litigation deadlines and assist with the management of active files.
- Support tort litigation, accident benefits disputes, and long-term disability claims.



Qualifications
- Previous experience in Ontario personal injury.
- Law clerk diploma or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Ontario's Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Strong organizational, communication, and drafting skills.
