Job Summary As a Gas Station Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked convenience store. You will assist customers with fuel purchases, in-store products, and general inquiries while ensuring efficient daily operations and a safe, welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, qualified assistance in person and over the phone.
- Fuel & Retail Transactions: Operate the POS system, process fuel and merchandise purchases, handle cash and electronic payments, and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Restock shelves, organize merchandise, maintain product displays, and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Sales & Promotions: Inform customers about products, promotions, and special offers, recommend suitable items, and use appropriate upselling techniques.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and other assigned areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Daily Operations: Complete assigned tasks efficiently, follow established procedures, and communicate operational concerns to management.
- Safety & Compliance:



Follow workplace health and safety procedures, cash-handling requirements, and applicable store policies.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and deliver consistent customer service throughout each shift. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency sufficient to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Basic mathematics, cashiering, cash handling, and POS operation skills.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and contribute effectively to a team.
- A professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in gas station operations, convenience store retail, cashiering, or customer service.
- Experience with merchandising, inventory replenishment, product promotion, and upselling.
- Strong phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Familiarity with fuel station procedures and retail technology is an advantage. Pay: $18.00 per hour Work
