$23–$30/hour | 20 hours per week to start | Potential to grow into full-time Lake City Realty is one of Sudbury's leading independent real estate brokerages. We're locally owned, creative, community-focused and always looking for new ways to do things differently. We're looking for someone to help us take our video and social media content to the next level. We already have the equipment. We need the creative person behind it. We have cameras, wireless microphones, a drone and an established brand. What we're looking for is someone with a great eye, solid editing skills and the initiative to turn ideas into content people actually want to watch. What you'll be creating:
- Professional real estate listing photography and videos
- Drone footage of properties and community locations
- Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook and YouTube content
- Agent introductions and interviews
- Behind-the-scenes content around our brokerage
- Community events and local storytelling
- Educational and entertaining real estate content
- AI-assisted video editing, captions and content repurposing You'll work closely with our marketing team and real estate agents, while also having the freedom to bring forward your own ideas. Who we're looking for You don't need a fancy degree or ten years of experience. We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuinely great eye for photography and videography
- Understands what makes social media videos engaging
- Knows how to film and edit high-quality content
- Is comfortable learning and operating camera equipment
- Has drone experience or is willing to obtain the appropriate certification
- Is proficient with editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve




- Is interested in AI tools that make content production more efficient
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, organized and able to work independently
- Is willing to experiment, learn and bring new ideas forward Most importantly, we want somebody who takes pride in what they create. What makes this opportunity different? This isn't a position where you'll just be handed a camera and told to record houses. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the content of a growing local brand, work on different creative projects and develop your skills across real estate, marketing, social media and video production. We're starting with approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for this to develop into a full-time position as our content needs grow. We supply the production equipment, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a team that encourages creativity and new ideas. Compensation $23–$30 per hour, depending on experience, technical abilities and portfolio.
