Service Advisor We are a well-established, driven, licensed automotive repair facility that offers a wide array of factory and aftermarket parts. We are a high-volume shop that strives to provide our clientele with an extraordinary customer service experience. Applicants applying must be upbeat, optimistic, neat, organized, and able to multitask. Superior verbal communication skills and proficient computer skills are vital in this role. Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance is essential to this position. Possessing 1-3 years or more service writing experience is vital to this role. Applicant must have product sales and service talent, as well as the willingness to learn. Applicant must be a team player and willing to adapt to operational procedures, keeping an eye toward enhancing workflow and efficiency. Your duties will include: •Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, scheduling, and communicating with technicians and customers throughout the repair process, as well as providing estimates to the customer and finalizing invoices. •Research and quote the right upgrades for the customer's specific needs.



•Performing other duties and functions as directed by management that contribute to overall productivity. To succeed in this job, the following experience and skills are required: •Reliable, motivated and driven to deliver quality workmanship and a superior customer experience. •High School Diploma or equivalent. •Excellent customer service and time management skills. •Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required. •Strong attention to detail. •Must value a strong team-based workplace. •Previous experience in the automotive industry or a passion for Parts and Mechanical knowledge is a definite asset. •Willingness to learn and utilize new skills. •Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing high-volume workplace. •Current and valid driver’s license in good standing. •Knowledge of shop management software, such as Mitchell 1 TeamWorks system, a big plus.
