Job Description
- Coach multiple Agile teams and delivery leaders on Agile best practices.
- Improve backlog management, sprint planning, forecasting, and dependency tracking.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive adoption and best practices within Azure Dev

Ops.
- Develop delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
- Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve team performance.

Skills and Requirements
- 10+ years of Agile delivery experience with at least 5 years coaching multiple teams.
- Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile transformation.
- Strong hands-on Azure Dev

Ops experience.
- Experience managing backlogs, boards, sprint planning, dashboards, reporting, and capacity planning within Azure Dev

Ops.
- Experience influencing technology leaders and driving organizational change.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
- Insurance or financial services experience.
- Experience supporting modernization or digital transformation programs.
- Secure,



ICP-ACC, CSP, CSM, or similar Agile certifications.
- Experience working with vendor and consulting delivery teams.
- Exposure to Dev

Ops and cloud-based delivery environments.
