This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to become an integral part of our sales team. We are a modern Auto Finance company with a young, collaborative team and a progressive mindset. Our office is conveniently located with easy access to SkyTrain and bus routes, just one block from Waterfront Station. What You’ll Be Doing Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, client communication, and sales activities.

Key responsibilities
include:
- Assisting with auto finance applications and related documentation, including credit bureaus, credit applications, and Dealertrack.
- Communicating professionally with clients via email, phone, and GHL (GoHighLevel).
- Managing finance applications and all related correspondence.
- Handling data reconciliation and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office, Slack, HubSpot, and Google Workspace. What We’re Looking For Required:
- Minimum of 2+ years of administrative and/or sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.




- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Previous commission-based experience or the ability to work within a commission-based compensation structure. Preferred Qualities:
- Preference given to candidates with marketing knowledge or the ability to coordinate marketing initiatives for online lead generation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Forward-thinking, resourceful, and solutions-focused.

What We Offer

- Commission-only compensation (no base salary) with expected annual earnings ranging from $50,000–$75,000, and the potential to earn $100,000+, depending on experience, expertise, and performance.
