(PNGI) is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Empowerment Coach to join our Terrace team At PNGI, we support adults with diverse abilities in building skills, developing connections, and participating in their communities. Our goal is to empower individuals to make their own choices, pursue their interests, and live fulfilling lives. What You'll Be Doing
- Providing one-on-one support to adults with diverse abilities.
- Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and developing independence.
- Encouraging community inclusion, social connections, and participation in activities.
- Assisting with daily living skills, appointments, employment goals, and recreational opportunities.
- Building positive, respectful, and professional relationships with individuals, families, and team members.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating regularly with your team.
- Adapting your approach to meet each individual's unique needs, interests, and abilities. What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude, patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping others.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
- A willingness to learn and accept feedback.
- Experience supporting individuals with diverse abilities is an asset, but not required.




- A valid Class 5 driver's licence and a satisfactory driver's abstract.
- Ability to obtain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Level 1 First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it during probation. We value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Training and support are provided to help successful candidates develop the skills needed for the position.
