About us
KMBS Prof. Corp. Toronto based law office specializing in Criminal and Quasi-Criminal Defence, Family and Immigration Law. The firm is expanding and looking to retain an experienced lawyer with a passion for Family Law to refer files to on an agency basis. The arrangement will be ideal for established practitioners looking to increase their file load, more recent calls with significant previous exposure to Family Law, or semi-retired counsel who wish to generate extra income doing challenging and meaningful work. Successful candidate will have experience negotiating and drafting settlements, conducting conferences and motions, and some litigation experience. The firm is offering a competitive hourly rate, the ability to set your own schedule and work remotely (as long as courts remain virtual). Forward C.

Permanent Pay: $200.00-$1,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 50.0 per week
