Job Summary The Server/Cashier welcomes guests, supports food service, and processes orders and payments accurately. This hands-on role combines serving, cashiering, and food preparation while helping maintain a clean, safe, and hospitable dining environment. Duties
- Greet guests, answer questions, take orders, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
- Prepare and serve food according to established food safety, food handling, and sanitation practices.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS where used, handle cash and other payments, and use basic math to verify transactions.
- Keep service and work areas clean, coordinate with kitchen colleagues, and suggest suitable additional items when appropriate.
