Job Overview Zion Building Supplies is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, social media, content creation, and graphic design, with strong communication and organizational skills. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging marketing content, managing social media platforms, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting the company's branding and marketing initiatives. The position requires proficiency in both English and Mandarin to support bilingual marketing materials, social media content, and business communications.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including social media posts, product promotions, photos, and short-form videos.
- Plan, develop, and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with digital advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design promotional flyers, posters, banners, product advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Create and update monthly specials, seasonal promotions, and in-store marketing materials.
- Take product photos and videos and edit content for marketing purposes.
- Develop visually appealing marketing materials that maintain consistent company branding.
- Assist with website content updates and product presentations. Marketing & Promotions
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches.
- Develop creative marketing ideas to attract new customers and promote company products.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and industry trends.




- Work closely with the sales and purchasing teams to coordinate product promotions and marketing activities.
- Support the development of marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required for bilingual marketing content and business communications.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design software.
- Experience in video editing and content creation is an asset.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the retail, building materials, construction, or home improvement industry is an asset.
