Overview The Assistant Sales Manager supports daily sales activity, helps develop customer relationships, and contributes to team performance. This role combines sales support, customer service, and sales management responsibilities, with a focus on clear communication and organized follow-through. We are looking for someone who is extremely task oriented, organized and be in control of inventory. Responsibilities
- Support sales staff with customer inquiries, product information, and timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track opportunities, and coordinate sales support activities with colleagues.
- Assist with negotiation, upselling, and high-end sales conversations while delivering attentive customer service.
- Contribute to marketing and outside sales efforts, using phone etiquette and accurate math when preparing or discussing transactions.




- Invoice and allocate stock accurately
- Count and control inventory Your impact: Consistent follow-through helps customers receive responsive service and gives colleagues explicit visibility into sales opportunities. Qualifications Required: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with practical ability to support sales conversations, track pipeline activity, and handle basic sales math. Preferred: Experience in sales management, B2B or retail sales, dealership settings, outside sales, negotiation, or upselling; bilingual or multilingual ability, including Spanish, is an advantage. Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Work
