Key Responsibilities

- Perform medical‑grade laser hair removal on all body areas for male and female clients, ensuring precision, safety, and optimal results.
- Conduct thorough consultations, assess skin and hair types, identify contraindications, and build personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver facial and body contouring treatments, including sculpting, tightening, and rejuvenation using advanced non‑invasive technologies.
- Educate clients on pre‑care, post‑care, treatment expectations, and long‑term maintenance plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to clinical sanitation, sterilization, and laser safety protocols.
- Document treatments accurately and consistently in client charts according to Solange Medical Aesthetics standards.
- Support clinic growth by recommending treatment packages, skincare products, and add‑on services.
- Contribute to a welcoming, professional,

- Assist with front desk operations when needed, including booking, client intake, and retail sales. Qualifications & Experience
- Medical Aesthetician certification from a recognized institution.
- Hands‑on experience performing laser hair removal (medical‑grade devices preferred).
- Comfortable treating male and female clients, including intimate and full‑body areas.
- Experience with facial and body contouring technologies (training provided for clinic‑specific devices).
- Strong understanding of skin types, Fitzpatrick scale, contraindications, and laser safety.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to educate clients, build rapport, and support treatment plan adherence.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling considered an asset.
