- Time efficient with regards to most of the pharmacy assistant role
- Receive written prescriptions and written or verbal refill requests
- Enter all prescription and patient information on the Kroll pharmacy system
- Fill prescriptions, Double count and back count Narcotics, targeted substances with proper documentation following the pharmacist's instructions
- Able to work with Kroll Pharmacy system efficiently
- Adhere to merchandising programs, operational procedures and the pharmacy policies
- Communicate allergy, drug interactions and billing information and issues to the pharmacist




- able to take delegations by the pharmacist within the scope of practice of the pharmacy assistant role
- Adhere to the Pharmacy dress code to show professional and respectful attitude to both customers and pharmacy team
- Having experience with Kroll pharmacy program for at least 1 year is a must
- Previous pharmacy experience is a must especially with Blisterpacks
- Having completed a pharmacy assistant accredited program is an asset
