Roles and Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Conduct user research and understand user needs.
- Develop intuitive navigation and improve user experience.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain design consistency using style guides and design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback.
- Improve existing interfaces based on user behavior and business requirements.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for developers. Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Understanding of UI design principles,



UX fundamentals, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Knowledge of typography, colors, spacing, grids, and layouts.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects.
- Experience designing websites, dashboards, or mobile applications.
- Knowledge of design systems and usability best practices.
