Who We Are We're a licensed cannabis cultivation facility just west of Edmonton. We run a tightly regulated operation under Health Canada's Good Production Practices (GPP). The standards are high, but the culture isn't stiff. Dress is casual, the people are good, and we care more about work ethic than a fancy resume. Show up, work hard, and grow with us.

What You'll Do

- Clean and sanitize production and harvest rooms before and after harvest, following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Scrub, rinse, spray and sanitize everything from floors, walls and ceilings to tables, fans, racks, irrigation lines, doors, tools and harvest equipment
- Handle and apply cleaning chemicals safely and correctly using SDS sheets and WHMIS practices
- Inspect harvest equipment before use and flag any issues to Quality Assurance
- Keep cleaning supplies stocked and track inventory
- Look for problems before they become problems, and suggest better ways to do the job
- Perform spot cleaning in emergency situations as required (spills, etc.)
- Position details and activities may change from time to time to meet operational needs.
- Participate in other tasks that may be assigned by your manager. Who We're Looking For Above everything else, we want someone reliable. That means:
- You show up. On time, every shift, week after week. Our harvest schedule depends on it,



and so do your teammates.
- You're in it for the long haul. We're looking for people who want a steady job they can build on, not just something for a few months.
- You care about details. You notice the corner someone else missed and clean it.
- You follow the process. In a regulated facility, SOPs aren't optional. You do it right the first time and every time after.
- You're a team player. You pitch in, you communicate, and you leave every room better than you found it.
- You can handle physical work. Standing, bending, lifting, noisy areas, scrubbing and working in wet conditions are part of the job. Nice to have, but not required:
- Any cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping or sanitation experience
- WHMIS training, or experience working with chemicals and SDS sheets
- A valid driver's licence
- Experience in food production, pharma, agriculture, or another regulated setting No experience? No problem. We provide full training on our SOPs, chemical safety and GPP standards. If you show up, work hard and want to learn, we'll teach you everything else. What You Get:
