Vaughan, Ontario Nest Dental Clinic is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and enthusiastic Paediatric Dental Specialist to join our growing dental practice in Vaughan, Ontario. We are looking for a dedicated specialist who enjoys working with children and is passionate about providing high-quality, gentle, and patient-centred dental care. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a recent dental practice, build a paediatric patient base, and make a positive impact on the oral health of children in our community. Schedule
- 1–2 days per month, with the potential for growth as the practice expands. About the Opportunity At Nest Dental Clinic, we strive to create a welcoming, comfortable, and child-friendly environment for our young patients and their families. The successful candidate will provide specialized dental treatment for paediatric patients, helping children feel at ease while delivering excellent clinical care. IV conscious sedation and nitrous oxide sedation are available to support appropriate patient care and treatment needs. We welcome a specialist who values collaboration, clear communication with parents and caregivers, and a gentle, compassionate approach to treating children. Compensation
- Salary and/or commission structure to be discussed based on experience and mutual agreement.

- Specialist certification in Paediatric Dentistry.
- Registration in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), with the appropriate specialist registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with children, parents, and the dental team.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach to paediatric dental care.
