Job Description
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent coordination, investigative, and organizational abilities
Proactive approach with a strong focus on completing tasks independently
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems quickly
Solid typing and data entry skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
Previous experience or knowledge of Mutual Funds, Investments, and the financial services industry is preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks with internal and external partners.
