Job Overview The Florist creates attractive floral arrangements, assists customers with selections, and supports smooth daily retail operations. This hands-on role combines creative presentation with attentive service, accurate transactions, and care for plants and displays. Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and maintain floral arrangements, using gardening and horticulture knowledge to keep flowers and plants fresh.
- Assist customers with purchases, provide friendly customer service, and support retail sales through clear communication in English; multilingual communication is an asset.
- Process purchases using POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures, while keeping transactions and work areas organized.
- Maintain merchandising and displays, support e-commerce orders, and contribute to landscape maintenance and general shop upkeep.

Experience Required: Practical communication, organizational, customer service, and cash-handling capabilities support accurate transactions, helpful recommendations, and orderly displays. Preferred: Floristry, retail sales, cashiering, POS, e-commerce, merchandising, gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance experience is advantageous; multilingual skills can help serve a wider range of customers. Pay: $17.60-$17.95 per hour
