Trueman Immigration is looking for an experienced Immigration File Processing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Punjabi and English and have previous experience working in a Canadian immigration consultancy, particularly in preparing, organizing, and processing immigration applications. An RCIC licence is not required for this position. However, candidates with a valid RCIC licence will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and process Canadian immigration applications and supporting documentation.
- Handle applications related to Permanent Residency (PR), Express Entry, PNP, work permits, study permits, visitor visas, and family sponsorship.
- Collect, review, and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate professionally with clients in Punjabi and English.
- Maintain accurate client records and track application status and deadlines.
- Coordinate with authorized immigration consultants to ensure timely and accurate file submissions.
- Follow up with clients regarding missing documents and application updates.
- Perform administrative duties related to immigration case management. Requirements
- Previous experience in a Canadian immigration consultancy is required.
- Fluency in Punjabi and English is mandatory.




- Strong experience in immigration file preparation and documentation.
- Good understanding of Canadian immigration programs and IRCC application procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and document management systems.
- RCIC licence is not mandatory but is considered a strong asset. What We're Looking For We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced professional who can independently manage administrative file preparation tasks, communicate effectively with clients, and work collaboratively with our immigration consulting team. All regulated immigration advice and representation must be handled by an authorized representative.
