Job Overview As a Residential Framer, you’ll build and repair structural components for residential projects, using construction plans and practical carpentry skills to complete accurate, dependable work. You’ll collaborate with the crew to keep projects moving and help deliver protected, well-built homes. Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and schematics, measure materials, and lay out framing components to project specifications. (training will be provided)
- Cut, assemble, and install wood framing using hand tools and power tools; perform heavy lifting as needed.
- SkillsRequired: Practical carpentry and woodworking skills, blueprint reading, and safe, capable use of hand and power tools support accurate framing and construction tasks. Physical ability to handle heavy lifting and collaborate effectively helps maintain steady, safe progress on site. Preferred: Construction experience is valuable, along with familiarity with concrete forming and finishing, drywall, siding, restoration, schematics, heavy equipment operation, or welding.
