As a Senior Mechanical Building Engineer, you will oversee projects from planning through completion. Apply mechanical engineering knowledge, design coordination, stakeholder management, and sustainable design practices. Maintain client relationships while delivering quality work on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

Lead project teams across institutional, office, commercial, cultural, and residential sectors Coordinate, verify, and design mechanical building systems Analyze and adapt building-related installations Prepare specifications, technical reports, proposals, budgets, fees,

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering Positive-standing membership with Professional Engineers Ontario At least 12 years’ consulting experience with building projects Knowledge of Canadian codes, construction practices, and permitting processes Fluent written and spoken English; Reliability Status eligibility required Bring mechanical engineering leadership, design coordination, and client relationship skills to BPA’s complex building projects.
