This Fulfilment Operations Coordinator position supports assigned warehouse areas while helping achieve fulfilment operations goals. You will guide teams, monitor daily routines, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily processes within assigned responsibility areas
- Guide, support, and develop fulfilment teams
- Identify and act on improvement potential
- Ensure daily routines and operating procedures are followed
- Support goals set by operations leaders

Requirements:

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- Ability to guide teams in high-volume environments
- Proven operational planning and coordination ability
- Demonstrated technical equipment and systems experience
- Degree or equivalent retail and logistics experience
