Lead regional asset protection and safety for lululemon’s Eastern Distribution Centres, using risk analysis and multi-site leadership in an in-person setting.

As Senior Manager, Asset Protection & Safety, you will guide safety, security, compliance, and asset protection across multiple campuses and jurisdictions. You will lead AP&S; Managers through established operating cadences and partner with Operations, Investigations, People & Culture, Facilities, and Legal.

The work strengthens standards, mitigates operational risk, and protects people, product, property, and assets across Global Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop AP&S; Managers across multiple distribution sites
- Set regional priorities using strategy, objectives, trends, and requirements
- Review incidents, injuries, audits, compliance data, and emerging risks
- Direct significant incidents, investigations,



emergencies, and crisis response
- Oversee staffing, budgets, workforce planning, and regional resources

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years in asset protection, safety, security, risk, compliance, or operations
- Experience leading managers across complex, multi-site operational environments
- Knowledge of safety legislation, investigations, emergency management, and risk mitigation
- Ability to analyze data and drive strategic operational improvements
- Ability to travel regularly, including cross-border travel
