Our client is seeking a Commercial & Farm Insurance Broker to join a busy team in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. This is a hybrid role, you’ll take on a portion of an established book and support a mix of commercial and farm clients ranging from hobby farms to larger, more complex operations.

Compensation

- Base salary based on experience between $60,000-$75,000, negotiable
- Annual performance bonus

Responsibilities

- Service, quote, and advise commercial and farm clients (property, auto, farm risks)
- Manage relationships across an existing book of business
- Handle renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews, and day-to-day client support
- Support walk-in clients and collaborate closely with the team
- Contribute to new business through relationship management and community presence

Qualifications

- Must have Alberta insurance license Level 1, Level 2 preferred
- Commercial insurance brokerage experience




- Farm insurance experience strongly preferred
- Ideally 3-5 years experience across commercial property, commercial auto, and farm
- EPIC experience is a strong asset
- Strong client service, relationship management, and communication skills
- Comfortable working from the Wetaskiwin office on required in-office days
