Position Summary

The Program Services Manager, Spinal Cord Rehabilitation (Inpatient Unit 2B & Outpatient Clinic) provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team within the Spinal Cord Rehabilitation Program at Toronto Rehab’s Lyndhurst Centre.



Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centred care across inpatient and outpatient services, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, innovation, and evidence-based practice. The role oversees day-to-day operations, resource utilization, fiscal management, quality improvement initiatives, and the development of new models of care to support seamless transitions across the rehabilitation continuum. Working closely with patients, caregivers, staff, physicians, researchers, and academic partners, the Manager advances program goals, supports education and research activities, and leads change management initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes, operational effectiveness, and the patient experience.
