Guidewire seeks a Senior AI Enablement Specialist in hybrid Mississauga to shape AI process design, change management, and employee engagement.

This full-time specialist will make complex technology accessible across Guidewire. You will lead process reimagination, prototype AI solutions, and design digital experiences. The work combines strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and digital publishing to build company-wide AI fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build reusable AI process-design frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
- Challenge assumptions and redesign cross-functional processes from first principles
- Prototype AI-enabled workflows with users and iterate from feedback
- Develop change plans, training, adoption, and reinforcement initiatives




- Create transparent communications, presentations, job aids, and digital content

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Three-plus years in change management or internal communications
- Three-plus years in process analysis or digital transformation
- One to two years applying generative AI or low-code automation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, visual-design, and stakeholder skills
