Lead workplace transformation through change management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery with WSP across Canada. Support modernization, relocations, and hybrid work initiatives.

As a Change Management Specialist/Project Manager, you will help clients adapt, adopt, and sustain workplace and organizational transformation. Approximately 75% of your time will focus on change leadership, communications, readiness, adoption, and advisory services. The remaining 25% will support project management and workplace delivery, flexing with client needs and project priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead change programs for workplace modernization and organizational transformation
- Develop change strategies, impact assessments, and adoption frameworks
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, focus groups, and leadership sessions
- Identify resistance, risks,



and operational impacts; implement mitigation strategies
- Support relocations, site activations, schedules, vendors, and financial tracking

Requirements:

- Experience leading workplace, organizational, business, or digital transformation
- Project management experience delivering medium-to-high-complexity projects
- Expertise in communications, training, readiness, and stakeholder engagement
- Robust facilitation and senior stakeholder collaboration skills
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Canada as required
