Deliver patient-centered respiratory care in Sudbury as a Clinical Respiratory Consultant using oxygen therapy, CPAP, and ventilatory support. Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada seeks an RT, RN, or RPN for its Sudbury branch. You will assess clients, plan prescribed respiratory treatments, and support sleep apnea care. The position combines clinical assessment, equipment setup, education, follow-up, and accurate documentation while prioritizing patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full respiratory assessments and evaluate test results
- Initiate and manage prescribed CPAP and BILEVEL therapy
- Set up equipment for sleep diagnostic testing appointments
- Provide client education, follow-up, and treatment adjustments
- Document services and follow safety and infection protocols
Requirements:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist, Registered Nurse, or Registered Practical Nurse
- Provincial license to practice in valuable standing
- Strong cardio-respiratory assessment skills and CPAP knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and clear vulnerable persons check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
