Analyze pressure piping inspection data with Aker Solutions in Fort McMurray, supporting integrity decisions through validation, reporting, and trend analysis.

This ISI Data Analyst supports pressure piping integrity management across operating facilities. You will collect, validate, analyze, and interpret inspection information while working with inspectors, engineers, Operations, Maintenance, and NDE providers. The work supports risk assessment, repair decisions, replacement scopes, and inspection planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain piping integrity databases and corrosion monitoring records
- Analyze UT, PAUT, RT, and visual inspection data
- Calculate corrosion rates and remaining asset life
- Generate inspection work packages, NDE requests,



and replacement scopes
- Create dashboards and recommend repairs or inspection intervals

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in an applicable technical discipline
- Understanding of pressure piping systems and degradation mechanisms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam
- Experience interpreting UT, PAUT, and RT data
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
