Key Responsibilities:

- Lead art organization health, scalability, and performance across multiple games
- Coach Art Leads and develop independent leadership practices
- Establish visual directions, standards, workflows, and approval processes
- Plan portfolio capacity, resources, roadmaps, and delivery risks




- Guide trade-offs involving quality, performance, scope, and deadlines

Requirements:

- Extensive leadership across multiple games, products, or teams
- Experience managing at least 25 full time art employees
- Strong coaching and performance management experience with Art Leads
- Expertise across 3D, animation, 2D, and technical art
- Live-service gaming experience with frequent content releases
