Lead HSE compliance and incident management with Graham at the Cold Lake IOL Project on a five days on, two days off schedule.

As Senior HSE Coordinator, you will support Graham’s Services Division and report to the Senior Regional HSE Manager. Your work will support safe, compliant project delivery through HSE leadership, regulatory compliance, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure personal and team adherence to HSE standards
- Support Project Managers and Supervisors with HSE MS implementation
- Upload, investigate, and analyze incidents
- Review regulations, client requirements, and emergency protocols
- Compile HSE data and maintain audit documentation

Requirements:

- High school diploma and completed college or technical program
- Three to five years in safety or related field
- Health and Safety certification or designation is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and online reporting software
- Transparent background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
