As an A220 Ground Test Evolution Leader, you will manage projects supporting continuous aircraft compliance throughout manufacturing. You will define execution strategies, coordinate stakeholders, manage expenditures, and guide industrial improvements. The work spans functional test procedures, assembly-line execution, digitalization, and continuous improvement across the testing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects improving products and reducing assembly cycle times
- Define scope, resources, timelines, costs, risks, and quality controls
- Coordinate stakeholders, expectations, resources, and change requests




- Present progress updates to management committees
- Represent A220 Ground Test within the Airbus competence community

Requirements:

- Engineering or technical degree in aerospace or testing
- Ten years of manufacturing experience, including testing
- Specialist knowledge of industrial test solutions, including ESAO or GTSI
- Proven project management, leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal French and English
