Reporting to the Manager, Senior Counsel, Commercial, you will support customer agreements, procurement, partnerships, and product teams. The role suits a commercial transactional lawyer with three to five years of practice. You will advise on privacy, AI-related legal issues, and product terms while helping deals close efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, NDAs, and SOWs
- Review procurement agreements across diverse vendor categories
- Negotiate partnership, reseller, and distributor agreements
- Advise on product terms, privacy, and data protection
- Build playbooks, templates, and legal workflows using AI tools

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree
- Canadian provincial or US state bar membership in good standing
- Three to five years’ commercial transactional practice
- Working knowledge of privacy laws, including GDPR
- Robust drafting, negotiation, and plain-language advisory skills
