Glen Abbey Golf Club seeks an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent with turf management and irrigation knowledge for permanent full time work.

This position supports management and maintenance across the golf course and surrounding grounds. You will work alongside Glen Abbey’s management team while applying ClubLink policies. The work includes machinery training, pesticide and fertilizer practices, and automated irrigation controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recommend daily golf course condition updates to the Superintendent
- Support ClubLink team policy internally and at management level
- Enforce maintenance and Health & Safety policy manuals
- Assume management duties during Superintendent absences or meetings
- Train staff on machinery and safety procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum two years formal turf management education
- Valid Ontario Landscape Exterminators Licence
- Working knowledge of irrigation systems and automated controls
- Availability for daily work at discretionary hours
- Organized and energetic approach to responsibilities
