Define Innocap’s global cybersecurity strategy across Toronto, Montreal, or New York, combining enterprise risk leadership with security architecture expertise. This full time role is hybrid.

As Innocap’s senior cybersecurity leader, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and establish the firm’s security posture, operating model, and risk priorities. You will advise executives, lead global security teams and partners, and embed security across technology, products, and critical services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards, and multi-year roadmap
- Integrate cyber risk into enterprise risk management
- Report cyber risks, incidents, and program performance to executives
- Set security architecture principles across cloud and technology platforms




- Lead global security operations and incident response

Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent cybersecurity-related training
- Typically 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity or technology risk experience
- Experience leading global security functions in regulated environments
- Advanced Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 security experience
- Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, or SOC 2
